Previously, Michael served as a Resource Allocation Officer and Operations Manager for the District of Columbia Government, where he improved productivity through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and managed a diverse range of contracts and programs. He also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at a confidential company, where he oversaw operations and drove efficiency improvements.
